All Items are checked and guaranteed authentic, brand new and without damages prior to shipping.

We are sure you will love our products. But if it doesn't fit your expectations, items can be returned and exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the same or higher value items. Please ensure product was not used and comes in original packaging on exchange. Clients to pay shipping fee for returns. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds on any "sale items" unless it is faulty or defective. 

A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances.

For the fastest resolution, attach a clear photo showing the poor quality or damaged part of the item once received. We will use this information to help you return the item and avoid errors in the future. If your return meets the conditions, your refund will be made within 7 days. No refund offered to wear and tear items. Our stainless steel range is tarnish resistant and with proper jewelry care should not tarnish.
